Did not get diverted to submit project to hackathon after saving project.

We clicked the ENTER YOUR SUBMISSION button which led to us saving the project and it's various details like Youtube link, images folder, thumbnail, project description, project link etc. After doing that we hit Save but strangely it did not take us to submit hackathon page. We are in confusion about the whole process and don't know what went wrong. Please help us and throw some light on this.
